I think that if 42% of the Medicaid sign ups are illegals! that would mean that almost 30% of the total Obamacare sign ups are illegal.
Before the elections, while Obamacare was still being talked about, it was reported that a large percentage of the Medicaid sign ups on the federal exchanges could not be completed because of citizenship questions. I take that to mean that there was no problem with citizenship verification through state run exchanges. Also, there would possibly be no citizenship verification for illegals who are members of the SEIU, especially with sign ups in states that run their own exchanges.
