If you know someone is about to die, take the firearms and move them. This confiscation of someone’s estate without recompense will escalate until someone enforces the 5th Amendment.
I’d think a lawsuit or ten might slow this down.
I have plans to pass my arsenal on before I go, assuming I’m not killed by falling junk from a Russian satellite.
4th Amendment? Illegal search and seizure you mean? The 5th is what Solyndra and Lois Lerner use.
