An HSA is still an insurance plan theat has to be acquired through an insurance co. I currently have an HSA and my premium is set to double next month.

I am being forced to cancel health insurance for the first time in my life for my wife and I and our 4 children. I know many people in this same position... How can this be?
Obamacare's primary purpose was to insure that everybody was insured...

And now I am seeing regular postings from the Apparatchik Media that ObamaCare is a bargain, saving everyone money while providing everyone with care and that all the complaints of premium increases, co-pay increases and ridiculous deductible amounts are in error...the invention of the "evil" Tea Party...
Media Mendacity on steroids...oh, also provided free by ObamaCare...

So on the first one you are out of pocket $24716 per year if you actually have to use it and $13716 if you don’t. Doomed either way.
