It’s also a fact that those congressmen are bound by laws concerning classified information, so even if the evidence they were presented with told a different story than the one Obama told, they could not speak a word of it, under threat of prosecution.

It could be possible, for example, that he was simply captured alive, and is being held in some undisclosed location. Of course, I’ve seen no more evidence of that than I have that he is dead, so it’s just a possibility.
