A few weeks ago I told a new, young, naïve, EE to be very careful around groups of Black males. I told him that what I was telling him could save his life someday.

He told his roommate, another male EE. I heard about it from the angry roommate, and the word racist was nearly thrown at me.

A week later, I heard through the grapevine that the roommate had two encounters with Black males, in both encounters the Black was violent, and the roommate nearly got his head handed to him in one of the situations.

Both young men have been very friendly with me lately.

Neither has said a word to me, and it doesn’t matter, they’re safe.

The U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Statistics Criminal Victimization in the United States, [YYYY] Statistical Tables and their Table 42: "Percent distribution of single-offender victimizations, by type of crime, race of victim, and perceived race of offender" show an inordinate amount of black-on-white crime in some crime categories.

I have to emphasis that Statistical Tables' data are based upon surveys, they are not FBI/police crime figures.

However since 2009 Table 42 data are no longer made public that I can find. If those data are being hidden then the Obama-Holder federal government is not very impartial.

Below is from the DoJ annual survey of thousands of crime victims -- not the FBI. The FBI has murder by race of victim/offender but I do not believe that they have it for other crimes. The following are DoJ data. I think the FBI has race of offender by type of crime but does not include race of victim , for example.

I chose sexual assaults to illustrate because it is the most controversial as you will see -- unfortunately some people mistook the zero white-on-black assaults as actual police records. This is just one category of interracial crime. I have provided the links below. DoJ ended Table 42 data in 2009 -- at least I cannot find Table 42 data after the year 2008.

Why did I stop at 2008? Because the Obama-Holder Dept. of Just Us and Our People stopped releasing the Table 42 data -- probably because the survey (emphasis on survey) showed zero white on black assaults in several years and the pattern continued into the Obama years.

Information on how the U.S. Dept. of Justice National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) works. It might explain why so many *'s in the tables and why the sexual assault data are so controversial. But it's been that way for decades; apparently the Obama-Holder Dept. of Just Us stopped making the information public in 2009.

"In the course of twice-a-year interviews conducted with more than 125,000 people each year in the National Crime Survey, only about 100 cases of rape or attempted rape are reported. When the sample is compared to the size of the general population, it is estimated that each reported incident represents about 1,200 rapes or rape attempts that took place across the country. Nevertheless, 100 cases are too few for detailed statistical analysis. To obtain enough information for a detailed examination of the crime of rape, all cases of female rape reported in the National Crime Survey from 1973 through 1982 were aggregated into a single data set. The set consists of 1,082 cases representing a national total of 1.5 million instances of rape or attempted rape during the decade."
