It is the opinion of the Bellingcat MH17 investigation team that there is undeniable evidence that separatists in Ukraine were in control of a Buk missile launcher on July 17th and transported it from Donetsk to Snizhne on a transporter. The Buk missile launcher was unloaded in Snizhne approximately three hours before the downing of MH17 and was later filmed minus one missile driving through separatist-controlled Luhansk.
The Bellingcat MH17 investigation team also believes the same Buk was part of a convoy travelling from the 53rd Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade in Kursk to near the Ukrainian border as part of a training exercise between June 22nd and July 25th, with elements of the convoy separating from the main convoy at some point during that period, including the Buk missile launcher filmed in Ukraine on July 17th. There is strong evidence indicating that the Russian military provided separatists in eastern Ukraine with the Buk missile launcher filmed and photographed in eastern Ukraine on July 17th.

Because the Soviet Union 2.0 has a power that 1.0 never had...to cause the people of Europe to freeze.
Never heard of them.
I haven’t either; apparently, they’re based in the U.K., and if the MH-17/SA-11 report is any indication, Bellingcat is very proficient at open source intelligence (OSINT) analysis. Lots of details in that report, down to the “skirt” numbers on some of the individual missile launchers.
Which begs another question: most mil bloggers don’t have the time to pour through literally hundreds of images, then validate and geo-locate them, and build the narrative. Makes you wonder who is really behind Bellingcat, or who is steering them in the right direction. I would guess the organization has close ties to the Ukrainian intelligence services and possibly some of the western agencies as well.
garbage in..garbage out
They gathered £50,891 ($80,866) from volunteer donations. Since they don’t need expensive equipment it seems enough to keep the lights on and fridge stocked.

The rest of the world and the ICAO did not respond with a ban on American civil aviation on the international airways after shooting down Iran Air 655, although it was proven beyond reasonable doubt that Iran Air 655 was shor down by USS Vincennes
In the same vein, the rest of the world and the ICAO did not respond with a ban on Ukrainian civil aviation on the international airways after Ukraine shot down Air Siberia 1812 in 2001.
I wonder, on what grounds you would ban Russian civil aviation after an Ukrainian military pilot (most likely LTC Dmitro Yakatsuts), flying Ukraine military jet shot down civilian airliner?
This is an opportunity not to be missed. At least for all Freepers who believe that Ukrainian air force DID NOT shot down MH17.
Put your money where your mouth is and donate money to this kickstarter campaign. The more you donate, the more valuable the lesson will be.
When the facts about shooting down of the airliner become finally known...
So, Gentlemen, start your Pay Pal accounts and be generous.
“The rest of the world and the ICAO did not respond with a ban on American civil aviation on the international airways after shooting down Iran Air 655, although it was proven beyond reasonable doubt that Iran Air 655 was shor down by USS Vincennes”
No, it was not “proven beyond reasonable doubt,” because the United States immediately acknowledged shooting down Iran Air 655. The ICAO had no proper reason to ban “American civil aviation”, because it was the Government of Iran and Iran Air who violated a wide assortment of laws and international air regulations by launching a civil airliner into an airspace subject to flight restrictions by a NOTAM during an unlawful naval engagement initiated by Iran.
“In the same vein, the rest of the world and the ICAO did not respond with a ban on Ukrainian civil aviation on the international airways after Ukraine shot down Air Siberia 1812 in 2001.”
Although it was initially unknown how Air Siberia 1812 was lost, it later appeared probable one of two missiles undergoing target testing against a drone on a Black Sea missile test range flew on past the drone target destroyed by the other missile, failed to self-destruct before departing the missile range, and flew on farther than thought possible to strike Air Siberia 1812. Yanukovych, Putin’s Russian agent and puppet, ordered his government to deny responsibility for the mishap. nonetheless, the Ukrainian government did negotiate compensation for the accident, whether or not it was willing to acknowledge responsibility.
“I wonder, on what grounds you would ban Russian civil aviation after an Ukrainian military pilot (most likely LTC Dmitro Yakatsuts), flying Ukraine military jet shot down civilian airliner?”
The Russian armed forces sent its own Buk anti-aircraft missile system and crew unlawfully into the Ukraine, targeted an international flight properly transmitting its civil aviation transponder codes on an internationally approved jet airway without NOTAM or any other notice and unlawfully shot down Flight MH-17 killing all aboard and lied about it. We have the photographs and video recordings to prove the movements of these Russian soldiers taking their Buk into and out of the Ukraine, with the fired missile absent when departing the Ukraine to hide the Russian responsibility. This case was a deliberate and utterly illegal act by Russia, deserving sanctions by the ICAO and the international community.
Your attempt to use the pathetically clumsy false propaganda contrived to blame the Ukrainians deserves its own severe sanctions as well.
I know, truth hurts. But perhaps You'll have to sanction this guy first:
His name: Vasily Vovk
Rank: General, Head of the Central Investigation Department of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kyiv
His statement from December 19 will not make you happy http://en.cyplive.com/ru/news/v-sbu-priznali-chto-malayziyskiy-boing-mog-byt-sbit-drugim-samoletom.html?selcat=4

Whiskey Xray, it's not my fault you fell for Ukrainian/NATO Bravo Sierra.
If you want to seek for the truth yourself, look for the autopsy report of the pilot.
