Dear FRiends,
We need your help to keep the lights on.
FR is funded solely by contributions made by liberty loving people who enjoy and use it.
We are beholden to no political party.
No advertisers, no outsiders, no sugar daddies, no corporate string pullers.
No commercial ads. No annoying pop-ups. No ad tracking. No mail campaigns. No spam.
We are self-funded, fiercely independent and enjoy our freedom to speak plainly in the support of liberty.
But we cannot exist without you.
If you have not yet made your donation, today would be an excellent day to do so.
Every donation counts no matter how big or small. If you can donate $5, $10, $20, $100 or more, it would be greatly appreciated.
Your loyal support makes Free Republic possible and your continuing participation makes FR the number one pro-life, pro-family, pro-small government, pro-defense conservative forum on the Net!!
And we're going to need FR now more than ever to combat the current crop of Marxists and progressives who have infested our government and public institutions and who are dead set on destroying the final remnants of our cherished constitution and our precious God-given liberty!!
Please click the secure server link above or donate by mail to: Free Republic - PO Box 9771 - Fresno, CA 93794
Make it a monthly if you can. We have some very generous FReeper sponsors kicking in an extra ten bucks for every new monthly signed up. We already have 26 new monthly donors this quarter.
Or send in a hundred dollars or more per quarter and join I_be_tc's growing list of 300 Club patriots. I_be_tc sends in $100 per quarter and challenges 300 others to do the same. And we have received 118 donations of $100 or more so far this quarter. If we could get 300 FReepers to send in $100 per quarter, these FReepathons would complete much faster.
Send in 25 and help keep freedom alive!!
Thank you all very much!!
God bless.
I’m hoping to be all healed up by the next shoot on May 9.
Surgery is on Thursday, so the healing should start soon.
I missed everyone who was at the shoot as well. I was so
sure that this would all be over and done with by now, but
it just wasn’t to be. And here’s hoping everyone is there
for the May Shoot. I’m missing you so much that I can
hardly wait.
You’re welcome for the onyx jewelry. I knew you’d love it.
When your family or friends cannot explain why they voted for a Democrat, give them this list.
1. I voted for a Democrat because I believe oil companies profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene, but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15% isnt.
2. I voted for a Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.
3. I voted for a Democrat because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.
4. I voted for a Democrat because Im way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers, rapists, thugs, and thieves.
5. I voted for a Democrat because I believe that people who cant tell us if it will rain on Friday can tell us that the polar ice caps will disappear in ten years because of Global Warming if I dont start driving a Prius or a Chevy Volt.
6. I voted for a Democrat because Im not concerned about millions of babies being aborted so long as we keep all death row inmates alive.
7. I voted for a Democrat because I think illegal aliens have a right to free health care, education, and Social Security benefits.
8. I voted for a Democrat because I believe that business should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as the Democrats see fit.
9. I voted for a Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution regularly to suit some fringe folks who would never get their agendas past the voters.
10. I voted for a Democrat because I think that its better to pay billions to people who hate us for their oil, but not drill for our own because it might upset some useless endangered beetle, gopher, or fish.
11. I voted for a Democrat because while we live in the greatest, most wonderful country in the world, I was promised HOPE AND CHANGE.
12. I voted for a Democrat because my head is so firmly buried in the sand that its unlikely that Ill ever have another point of view.
WWSD = hilarious!
Thank you all very much!!
Woo hoo!!

THANK YOU! Its a day for Hilarity...were gonna need it when the Ferguson Drama Heats up
Yep!!
Goodness gracious. I lost my Internet connection, and it is deceased. I had to turn on the mobile hot spot in order to
return here, which we hate to do because it costs more than our DSL connection (that’s not working at the moment).
I called Salamander and asked her to let you know, but it’s all right now because of the hot spot.
that really stinks! Is your internet tied into phone or TV?
Dearest you. I had no Internet connection for almost all of yesterday. NO landline connection. I felt totally isolated. I was posting via my iphone. Then when I noticed through my iphone I received an e-mail, I tried rebooting again, and it worked, for reasons unbeknownst to me. AT&T isn’t ending a technician to fix my landline till the 13th or the 15th. I’m still wonderfing what happened.
I have no idea what’s going on.
We’ve had very short outages, 10 minutes?, and slow downs. If any of us owned more tin foil...............
I’m easily upset and yesterday really upset me. I was so relieved when then reboot worked. I couldn’t imagine being here without my Internet till Thursday.
