“Frozen Conflict” is Putin's aim...thus preventing Kiev from going further with Eu/Nato plans.....also where he's put these tanks etc. keeps supplies open by sea to the separatists.....meanwhile I laughed when they released this ice cream photo of Putin...looks like he was mocking Obamas cone eating photos at the Vineyard....
