The key numbers are 60/40/10.
If Republicans can get 60% of the white vote, 40% of the Hispanic vote, and 10% of the black vote in the Presidential election, they will win. If they lag behind in any of those areas they will lose.
Even this year, they came close to those numbers nationally, and they routed the Dems in race after race.
They don’t need 40% of the Hispanic vote—now. And a lot depends on what state you are in.
