It wasn't sarcasm.

If the lil thuggies had been allowed to grow their own they would probably still be alive today.

Neither would have needed to go to the store. Neither would have been paranoid about being beaten and enslaved by the police state. Neither would have been able to do much more than change the channel with a remote.

But no, let's keep on doing it your way, and leave them no choice but to take outright poisons that turn them into homicidal killers.

I don't believe lack of access to weed was a factor in either case. It is widely available at street prices that are comparable or cheaper than where it is legally available.

Brown was confronted after robbing a store of legal cigars and assaulting someone 1/3 his size. He then assaulted and tried to kill a police officer.

Martin attacked and tried to kill a neighborhood watchman who was doing his job, watching his neighborhood.

Martin was casing homes to burglarize after buying legal products used to make a concoction using codeine, known as purple drank, which he used heavily along with weed.

Lack of access to legal pot, or codeine for that matter was not a factor in either while consumption of the drug may well have influenced their violent behavior.
