According to the Texas sample ballot Brandon Parmer is the Green Party Candidate, so that should be the next name.

However, not only is Dewhurst not running, his name is all mucked up and in a different font size from the other candidates.

This is a very bad photoshop that is entirely false.

Go to the whole article link, not the image link. When you go to the whole article, you’ll see that Abbott is not listed. There are four named candidates, and a write in option, but no Abbott.

Do not think that it is false. It looks like a glitch in the voting machine. There are too many reports about it.

Before getting too worked up over this, looking at the right side of the image, it appears to me that this may be a scrolling screen, and Abbott’s name may have been unintentionally scrolled up out of sight.

I’m all for identifying and eliminating vote and election fraud, but I need to see a photo that shows more of the surrounding area on that screen before I will believe Abbott’s name is completely missing from the list.

No, Abbott is the current AG and is on the ballot for governor. Dewhurst got beat by Abbott in the Rep. primary.
