I voted by absentee, a straight republican ticket if it had been revealed who the republicans were. That’s not revealed with judges and school board candidates. I knew the judges, so no problem. The school board is another story. I went with a friend’s analysis. Should have looked them up on the internet. It’s not like I didn’t have the time. Just being lazy.
In Texas, I voted a straight anti-democrat ticket, THEN I had the pleasure of going back into my machine marked ballot and UNvoting (removing the check mark by the name of George P Bush) for Land Commissioner.
“We’ve had enough Bushes.”
To quote the senior Mrs. Bush.
It would have been nice to be able to look at a ballot before the election here in Jefferson County, KY. Unfortunately , one was not available because our secretary of State was too busy to do the job she was elected to (Alison Grimes). We paid her anyway.
