Happy Election Day everyone! I figured I'd go ahead and get the election day thread started. Polls open on the east coast in a little less than an hour.
Please be sure to post observations of interest if you went to the polls today.
Please God, Florida do NOT ELECT Crist
Please God, Florida do NOT ELECT Crist
Come on Gillespie, make me proud.
4 points behind at the moment
I don’t either, and the fact that Prop 105 is winning big is not a good sign.
The difference between the two of them is Rove is simply disingenuous while I get the impression that Morris actually believes some of what he says.
If I remember correctly, Morris was more concerned with selling his children’s book in 2012 than anything remotely accurate about the election.
Miss D:) So good to see you! My prayers continue. .they’re still voting out west!
Oy my nerves!
FINGERS CROSSED
FWIW, CNN pundits seem convinced GOP will take senate. Trying to put the usual “anti-incumbent” spin on the night.
With only 14% counted, Corbett has closed the gap by ~12% points in the past hour.

.. AND Filthadelphia is already 56% reported.
Who, Crist or Scott?
I figure Warner has another +31,000 remaining in Fairfax County and Alexandria County. We need to stay above that (although currently Gillespie is at only +21,000).
Scott down 4.
I voted at the last minute. Not at all certain about it. Though i think Gillespie crossed my 60 % threshold.
It ain’t over until Carville puts the wastebasket on his head.
Mark Udall (DEM) 383,885 43.22%
Cory Gardner (REP) 459,170 51.69%
Still very slow reporting of county results.
This is a disaster...
They can kiss my ____I dont need their sorry asses.
Isn’t it interesting that both Bush and Clinton’s political gurus that won them both 2 terms are now near blithering idiots!
Colorado - growing GOP lead
Gardner (R) 508,272
Uterus (D) 422,088
41.1% reporting
