Is the “Evangelical Catholic Diocese of the Northwest” affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church? Only by their attempts to steal legitimacy from the Roman Catholics by using their name and jargon. From a quick web search it looks like they are a feel good type offshoot of the Lutherans.
