It’s against the rules that a “citizen” of a country of the five permanent members of the Security Council is elected for Secretary General of the UN.

This shouldn’t stop 0b0z0la from sticking his tounge out, proving beyond doubt that he’s Kenyan and eligible to represent the Third World in addition to his new responsibilities.

Just sayin’.
