A vote for anyone other than the Republican, no matter who that Republican is, is a vote for Harry Reid and Barack Obama. This should have been the headline.

Or, “A vote for a RINO is a vote for Barack Obama and Harry Reid.”

"Honestly, whats the point of voting for a candidate who agrees with you a majority of the time? Dont vote. Let someone who you agree with on nothing win, and then next time in six years that person comes up for reelection, maybe the Republican Party will come to its senses and let you get your way."

The title is confusing but are some who didn’t bother to read the entire article otherwise they would have noticed the sarcasm of the author

Couldn't agree more. Many people will read the headline, not continue reading and that will be all the confirmation they need to just stay home. This article does just the opposite of it's apparent intent.
Poorly written to say the least

You are right. Stupid trying-to-be-funny headline. Now is not the time for 5th grade "cleverness".
Just get the message out there honestly:
Everyone please vote.
