I didn’t know that. When did that start? So, the police should have an address for the driver, or at least the owner of the car?

Brown said the facility is needed because the city is experiencing growth and because of a new law, AB 60, that requires the DMV to issue driver’s licenses to undocumented persons. It goes into effect Jan. 1.
Thanks to both of you. My heart truly goes out to these two mothers. Hopefully God is part of their daily lives. Prayers up for both those moms and the other family members they left behind.
Those girls were walking in the crosswalk from the reports I read. They did everything right, yet still this horror. May God rest their souls.
Personally I don’t think these Fast and Furious movies have helped, as far as all the bad drivers out there. These kids think that stuff is real.
