It does. It also poses problem for him as to type of weapons he was possessing in California.
Loaded? what is loaded to a news reporter? Rounds in a magazine? I believe nothing of what a “reporter” reports other than the facts will be skewed to support an agenda.
He was also on his way to PTSD therapy at San Diego. I’m sure that once he got to the base, the issue of any potential legality would have been addressed.
