Can’t help but notice the underlying theme of the article ...”ebola as a weapon doesn’t work”...which has about the same feel as “there are no wmd in Iraq” or “the US report says Iran halted its enrichment.” Doesn’t jive with how long the Russians were working on it. Wasn’t there an outbreak of something in the Afghan Russian war which ccaused blood to ooze from every orifice, etc?
