How so? The conservatives get to be vocal in their dissatisfaction, but nothing conservative gets passed.
I am sure Senator Ted Cruz can be persuasive to the other Senators. I’m sure other Conservatives can be also, Senator Sessions, etc.
They would be in charge of all committees, and the recalcitrant RINOs in leadership could be hammered mercilessly by their conservative constituents into doing the right thing...on a daily basis.
The more public the criticism, the more effective it is.
But if they’re in the minority (like now) who cares what you say?
