We’ve never had a flu shot ever. We’re thinking about it though. I hate needles even though I give Mrs S her B12 shot every month, literally makes me weak in the knees and I have to sit down to do it, but I heard today they have a nasal spray so maybe? I had the flu once in my late 20s and before that not since I was a kid so I think my immunities are pretty good...and I don’t remember Mrs S ever getting it since we’ve been together the last 34 years. What do ya think?

Go for the nasal spray if that makes you more comfortable. Mrs S travels so much, she is a virtual petrie dish for bringing home bugs...she may need it more than you do! I still say, if you eat healthfully and avoid shaking hands and being around sick folks, you are gonna be fine.
