Do you get flu shots?
ONly when ordered to in the military. Have not had one since 2006, and havent had the flu either
I also am very alert and do “shotgun therapy” at the first sign of illness....meaning Vitamin C, D, Magnesium, Zinc, and chicken soup loaded with garlic, onions, and parsley,
I am by no means an expert, but thusfar, my “natural remedies” and shotgun therapy have served me and my sons well
