My own mother always has been comfortable telling me how to live — in fact, she considers it her job to do so — and she’d sure as hell tell me not to kill myself even if I were dying of a brain tumor!
Who cares what she does? She so far seems like a media-craving loon.

My parents always wanted to reserve that right for themselves...
