When Yolanda was big news, everyone saw the satelite radar pics showing a HUGE cloud of storm engulfing the Philippines when in fact, the footprint was only about 5 miles wide.

Noy Noy had IN PLACE, before Yolanda hit, a lot of emergency supplies along the expected route of the typhoon.

We never heard of THAT, all we heard was the devastation of tens of thousands of deaths ... no wait, a hundred thousand deaths ... no ... I mean 30 to 50 thousand deaths ... no .... um .... we'll let you know ...

The point being, Noy Noy Aquino loves his nation, his people and truly serves FOR them

My Mother In Law lives in Bolila, central Mindanao on the east coast and during the time of Yolanda, she said it was a little windy and it sprinkled rain the day of the landfall.

You are correct sir. Duterte is very popular with the the people of Davao City, because of his no nonsense law enforcement attitude. He loves to have all the foreigners living here too, because they spend their money here, and he really gets angry if the locals mess with the foreigners. It is not even a well kept secret, that some have "allegedly" been found floating in the Davao River. The people understand this quite well.
