The nut in Maine should have been quarantined for 21 days under armed guard if she would not comply with a voluntary quarantine. New Jersey really dropped the ball by releasing her, and a dangerous precedent has been set. New Jersey should have told Typhoid/Obola Mary, “Fine, you can leave and sue when your 21 days are up”.
