Oratem, I’m pretty sure Nota was making a joke about how WPIX SHOULD be Channel 9 because “IX” is “9”, not “11”.

“11” would make it WPXI.

Those are the call letters of Pittsburgh’s NBC affiliate... channel 11 (WPXI)
