Doesn't help. If your wife cheats and gets knocked up, you are still considered the child's legal father. There have been a couple of those cases i’ve seen on here.

That’s because MI wants to show record numbers for both child support and catching up back cases. I don’t know if they still do it, but they used to post a list of deadbeat dads in every sunday paper.

The guy owes nothing but he got a Liberal judge who didn't care about truth. It was about process and who cares if the people involved in the process were liars. . . and even if it were provably so that they were. Too bad. Pay up.Rule 308 is the only way to remedy this.

Not only should they Prosecute the process server, I would bet he has a 100% of recovering DAMAGES from said Process server. SUE the prick also, take everything he owns.If the process server did it once, did he do it in other cases? My guess is yes. Who else was victimized by this process server?
