What specific actions do you plan to take, that can realistically "torment" a malfeasant Republican politician, or "hold his feet to the fire"?
These people only want your vote. You always vote for them; you have no hold over them. Again, what are you going to do? What have you been doing?
A majority of Blacks, Jews, and Catholics (for example, and in that order of majority) vote for democrats. Always. And democrats defecate on them.

GO AHEAD and send all the “messages” you want. Vote for WHOEVER you want. By your logic, “ These people only want your vote. .......you have no hold over them.”, so what difference does it make? If that is really true, casting a vote is a pointless and powerless gesture.
