Sunday, I rode my bike to the beach, had a sammich, and cruised A1A about 10 miles with the beach on one side and the Intracoastal on the other.

After nursing Lynn-dah (medicating, bathing, treating etc)for three weeks I needed to get in the wind.

The drawbridges can be a little tricky though. There were 4 of them on my route.
