aspirin makes those worse. Not an infarct, she had a bleed. Big difference. Usually aneurysm or hypertension with other risk factors. Or just bad genetics. Sad. She was young.

Aspirin would make a hemorrhage worse, although it was catastrophic anyway. An embolism — different matter.
