I don't understand the reason for the all-caps on something so common, but maybe you came from the Northeast where the words "HOLLOW POINT" in all caps is scary.
Probably not that “Hollow Point” is scary, but it’s more of an indication that they are strictly anti-personnel rounds, as opposed to a billion semi wad cutters. But, if they’re just practicing with what they’re going to use, and it’s not hard to see what they’re practicing to do.
