So why did the founding fathers rebel? To have this? This is not a “law,” it is pure anarchy. They (IRS) can seize anything they want, at anytime, with no due process? Wake up America, we are a heartbeat away from utter lawlessness—we are already there, the trigger has yet to be pulled by the IRS.
I don't think there will ever be a "trigger pull" by the IRS. That would snap too many people's attention to them. Instead, it will be a slow, incremental encroachment, as we've seen these last few decades. By the time anyone realizes we're screwed and want to take action, it'll be entirely too late.
