On Paper, Cuomo is in charge. and should not give in to DeBlasio’s wishes on this. He is terrible.

Than Cuomo was following Christie’s rhetoric on quarantining, and Christie did quarantine some one who was gotten to by some big time ambulance chasing lawyer
And now it seems Cuomo is cowering.
