Voter fraud still totally not an issue.
How many non-citizens participate in U.S. elections? More than 14 percent of non-citizens in both the 2008 and 2010 samples indicated that they were registered to vote. Furthermore, some of these non-citizens voted. Our best guess, based upon extrapolations from the portion of the sample with a verified vote, is that 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010.
Because non-citizens tended to favor Democrats (Obama won more than 80 percent of the votes of non-citizens in the 2008 CCES sample), we find that this participation was large enough to plausibly account for Democratic victories in a few close elections.
Non-citizen votes could have given Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health-care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress. Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) won election in 2008 with a victory margin of 312 votes.
Votes cast by just 0.65 percent of Minnesota non-citizens could account for this margin. It is also possible that non-citizen votes were responsible for Obama’s 2008 victory in North Carolina. Obama won the state by 14,177 votes, so a turnout by 5.1 percent of North Carolina’s adult non-citizens would have provided this victory margin.
So non-citizen votes gave us both Al Franken and ObamaCare. I’m not sure which of these is worse. But of course we don’t need to secure the integrity of our voting process, say Democrats. Any attempt at Voter ID is racist, say the main beneficiaries of voter fraud.
And then eventually we’ll just have to let anyone who wants to vote, even if they’re illegal aliens, just as we had to at the border. And then we’ll have to give the disadvantaged multiple votes.
That’s what the voter fraud party wants.

If We The People, the citizens of this country, do not decide who is elected, then the government is illegitimate.

Clearly, we'll need to institute Affirmative Action for illegal voters. To make up for all those years they had no vote, they'll need 8... or 10... or 20... there will be illegal vote quotas to fill.
An illegal alien gets an ID of sorts like a drivers license.
Motor-Voter, a law authored years ago by a couple of far left progressives required those receiving a drivers or ID registration to register to vote at the same time.
Therefore, illegal aliens get registered to vote.
Obama’s people are at the time of this post getting ready to manufacture up to 34 million green card like IDs for massive Executive Amnesty.

Already it’s been found that recent illegals or undocumented ‘children’ (where children are defined up to 26 years old) have been registered to vote even though they are not citizens.

And Chelsea’s mother in law collects a $600,000 per year salary (grant) from the Clinton Global Foundation. Marjory does good work ya know?
Because it helps the Democratic Party.
Since a large proportion of non-citizens are non-white, Republican efforts to prevent them from voting can be ascribed to racism.
Don’t be shocked if ISIS members are also voting here.
When news of this type reaches the GOPe, their take is that they haven’t pandered sufficiently to illegals, and that they really, really need to pass amnesty (in order to curry favor with illegals).
It is still concerning that 20 percent vote for Republicans. That needs to stop too.
Erase all voter registration databases.
Require everyone to re-register with a state-registered ID.
Have registration cross-checked against all other databases.
Require state-registered ID at polling places when voting.
Make the laws include severe penalties for those that are convicted of voter fraud.

IMO, any non citizen caught voting should be hung. It is an attack on our entire system and needs be dealt with swiftly and conclusively.
I suspect about 150% or more..............
