For racial crime stats, the feds combine whites and Hispanics into the “white” category. The correct interracial crime stats were too stark in proving that whites were not the racist ones...blacks were the racists. Whitey caught on and this caused problems for liberal racists like Holder and Obama.
If it does not say "Excludes persons of Hispanic or Latino origin" the white stats include Hispanic criminal gang members.
It is also true of black stats of course.
