It's a simple matter of replacing a males sperm nuclei with the females egg nuclei, then mating the frankenstein sperm cell with the other female's egg cell.

We could only hope that the freak that they might create will be sterile or have genetic abnormalities and won’t live. What worries me are the freaks that survive.
If it does survive, it should be treated as a freak as any of its future offspring might have severe genetic abnormalities that may not be discovered until many generations later.
The point here is that we simply don’t know with absolute certainty that a manufactured child will be normal.
This same rule applies to when parents are able to pick and chose their children characteristics and personality through genetic manipulation.
And this is not like selective breeding. Selective breeding is done within the constraints of nature. Gene splicing and manipulation is outside the constraints of nature and has huge risks.
