I don’t see any real chance of restoring it by any method known to man. Only a tiny percentage of Americans have a clue as to what it would really mean to return to the constitution and very few would really want it if it were to be explained to them. Most of America believes that government is not doing the right thing. The tiny percentage who understand reality believe the government should be UNDOING what has been done and leaving it at that. Ninety some percent of the time we are better off with the government doing NOTHING. That would leave government free to do what needs to be done in other cases. At present the only time government does nothing is when it SHOULD BE DOING SOMETHING.
