[Gay State Conservative]

We met Cream (very briefly) in a restaurant near Boston in ‘67.Funny story...my Dad,who was quite old fashioned,asked the waiter who those hairy individuals at a nearby table were.He said he'd check...came back shortly thereafter and said that they were a group called “Cream”.I had heard of them because there was a station in Boston playing their songs.

Would that have been around November/December... ?

I have a cloudy recollection of seeing them in a high school basement or something in the south shore ... maybe Braintree.
