I caught a bit of Greta tonight and she had a “lone wolf terrorist” show. One of the guests opined that the terrorists are coming from countries and areas that aren’t “governed.” He slipped “and the internet” at the end, kind of as an afterthought.

Wouldn’t it be nice if democrats supported democracy. Seriously, this is the kind of stuff that starts violent uprisings. The revolutionary kindling gets dryer and dryer each time some loony leftist moves to take away their political adversary’s freedoms of speech just because they can’t win the argument. Sooner or later it is bound to happen, someone will strike a match and light the fire and in a flash it will become a wildfire. This county is on the verge of a violent revolution. I can’t tell you how many people I know have expressed this same feeling to me. Just like the last revolution it will pit neighbors, friends, and even relatives against each other on the battlefield. It is going to be a bloody mess but I think it is inevitable. If we expect to save this country from the madness of liberalism it will be either us or them. Personally, I would be proud if my last day on earth was spent trying to help save this great democracy for my grandchildren, just like our forefathers did for us on battlefields strewn all over this great country.

If they do this, it's on a par with taking away the 2nd amendment, it will be a declaration of war. Go ahead, make our day. .

I tell people that live in other countries, they have no idea how tense things are here in the US.

“What do you mean the States are on the verge of civil war? Are you crazy?”

And what are we going to do?

Because conservatives are doing a flat-out lousy job at doing anything more than complaining, whining, and circulating posts from blogs amongst ourselves.

Like what exta-civil stuff can a movement of professional armchair complainers pull off anyway?

That’s right, half of our own ranks on here are the sky is falling, defeatist, I won’t vote for anyone that isn’t 100% pure brigade (even in the general election against Chairman Mao Democrats).

I’m convinced that the Left plans to incrementally strip away the rights of conservatives to the point where there will be an inevitable violent reaction. Then they will say, “See, didn’t we warn you all along about those dangerous, right-wing gun nuts?”

Conservative speech is hate speech and therefore deserves no protection under the law and neither do those who spread it.
Soon it will be possible to remove those who would poison our political discourse with their venom but it can only happen if we redouble our efforts to prepare the masses with media, entertainment, and the educational system. Already significant progress has been made as republican leaders have been progressing to the proper dialectic and have also begun to purge or ridicule counter revolutionary rhetoric from their ranks. We need only be patient comrades for we have many sleepers, fellow travelers, and friends who will assist us.The party line will be disseminated through the media. Remember it’s required of us to echo it and reinforce it to the masses.

Kinda' creepy what you wrote, but I'm sure their internal memos are not far from that.

I wish I was writing satire but I’m afraid I’m really tuned into the “progressive” mindset!

Sadly, I do think the recent, unprecedented, moves to oppress the other side could bring civil war. We may all die but when tyranny raises it’s ugly head, like what has been threatened today in the midst of so much other trouble, you know the outcome is not going to be good. Where are the statesmen and women we need to defend our right to free speech?

That's the plan, already spelled-out in advance on what they intend to do to us (DHS Terror assessments).

All totalitarian and genocidal regimes demonize their opposition first, and warn of the dangers of these targets so the populace will applaud their 'removal' when their Reichstag moment arrives or is instigated.

What do we really think 2.6 billion rounds of hollow-point ammo and militarized vehicles strategically placed around the country is for?

Is it too late to mention that Drudge doesn’t write a single story on his web site, but rather links headlines to the actual news stories that various left/center/right publications have?

He writes the headlines but is a funny headline electioneering? Seriously? FEC will lose that fight, if they’re stupid enough to try it.

This web site would be next. Aided by the true believers who refuse to vote for the likes of a Romney. It’s real and it’s not a game.

Under a 2006 FEC rule, free political videos and advocacy sites have been free of regulation in a bid to boost voter participation in politics.

This sentence presumes that the state has legitimate power to gut the First Amendment.

And what are we going to do?

Because conservatives are doing a flat-out lousy job at doing anything more than complaining, whining, and circulating posts from blogs amongst ourselves.

Most refuse to see it. Even more have a fatal case of Normalcy Bias.

The enemy that is now ensconced as our rulers is 20 years ahead of us. Only a righteous and moral people are capable of freedom and the moral clarity and obligation to stand up to defend it.

Most today cannot even agree on what liberty means, and most will not define wickedness and evil for what they are.

The model for what needs to be done is already established. But the church is lukewarm if not impotent and the fiery sermons for a decade that prepped the Colonists for war against tyranny are not even a breath in the imaginations of most pastors.

Resist we must, but hope for our nation rests on whether or not it will repent of the depths of decadence we let our culture sink to.
