She's implying that all of the incumbent government types just couldn't handle all of the hard stuff because they were no good at math, or didn't use it at all, and she had to rescue all of them and us with her no-nonsense pragmatic mathematical wizardy. Kind of like: my husband couldn't balance the checkbook, so I had to take over and use math."

As a side note, I had to stop twice while typing this in order to vomit in a bucket.

Bill Clinton did leave the country’s money in better shape, but it was because of the Republican Congress that pushed him to reign in the entitlement programs and work before welfare. Not what he would have done on his own or with a Democrat Congress.

So that is what she means.....she is trying to ride into office with Bill’s financial record.
