OK, technically you are correct. But election fraud and cheating cases are predominantly 'Rat, from the days of Boss Tweed and Tammany Hall and other crooked big city machines in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, through the LBJ ballot box stuffing in Texas (in a Democrat primary), to the Daley machine in Chicago in the 1960 presidential election, and moving forward toward current times with the the Obama election of 2012. (Couldn't include all the notable instances of 'Rat election fraud and cheating in a single book.)
What is particularly frightening now is the advent of electronic voting and vote counting devices, which can be hacked, and as in the recent incident in Cook County, Illinois, "miscalibrated" (touch screens). With electronic devices, the cheaters can alter many more votes with much less of an effort than their predecessors of earlier days. They would probably call it "efficiency." In fact they don't even have to bring aliens to the polls to do their dirty work.
electronic devices with no paper trail should be illegal ... a violation of 14th amendment.
