Election fraud and cheating is a problem that has multiple dimensions, because there quite a number of different ways available to those with criminal mindsets to destroy the integrity of the election process.
Therefore, it is unlikely that no single step, not even voter ID requirements, will by satisfactory by itself to practically deal with all of it. This posted WaPo article discusses only one of those kinds of cheating: non-citizens voting. The solution I suggested would combat only that.
There are a list of other changes in election procedure we have discussed in the past here that should be effected to neutralize other types of election cheating schemes.
As to "Holder and Obama's large assembly of lawyers," hopefully they will be gone in a couple of years. In the meantime, rest assured we are fighting them as well as possible with our own lawyers.
When people do not honor oaths that they have to take, that is an indication of how far we are from a just society.
The root of the problem is really outside of the election booth. Love of country ought to trump political bias.
Exposure, prosecution, and prison time would help cure this treason.
