Couldn’t diagnose a case w/o symptoms. He was self-monitoring, but only started running fever this morning.

That’s the problem with the silly airport thermometers. When the incubation period is up to 42 days (not 21), it’s very likely that walking infected will land and live among us before becoming symptomatic.

heavy and quick onset of symptoms suggests that he had a significant dose of exposure. might test our abilities to aid.
