While trying to work on initiatives to help stop the flow of illegal immigrants and drugs flooding our border with Mexico, Arpaio said, "I'll tell you whats sad, all the top law enforcement officials told me don't go into Mexico."
"Isn't that sad law enforcement is afraid to cross that border and go inside Mexico. I just cant believe it," he added. "I did talk to four federal officers, I had to stick my arm through the fence to shake their hands."

Couple of thoughts on the headline. My guess is the Federals are afraid to go into Mexico because they are afraid of being arrested for the Fast and Furious gun running scheme. At this stage of the game, I am not the fan of Arpaio most here are.

So how do we trick these officials into Mexico so we can get rid of them?
You know free vacation to cancun and then tip off the federales they are there...

I sat at a sidewalk café and watched uniformed local cops dressed and equipped identically to the ones we have, right down to the Dodge police cars. A cop repeatedly pulled over American cars in front of me and demanded $50 or he’d arrest them. He made $150 while I sat there.
At another place where I ate breakfast every day a cop would come in and have the owner sign a clipboard. I asked why and the owner told me cops used to come in and arrest somebody and take them away and they’d never be heard from again. He was signing a document saying the cops didn’t take anybody away yesterday. He rolled his eyes saying, “This is a big improvement.”
The sheriff is one of the good guys. I am sure Obama agrees with your dislike of Sheriff Arpaio.
