IMHO if this guy wanted to kill more people he would have done it all ready. I doubt if he is even in the area anymore.
The sightings are probably hunters. Small game and archery deer are in in PA. Yea they aren’t supposed to be hunting but die hard archery guys aren’t going to be kept away from their favorite tree stand.
Right now, they’re searching near a school because a woman claims to have seen a man walking nearby it, holding a rifle and with mud covering his face.
Watch it be a cop or a hunter she saw.
