Oh man, what you said!!!

Outstanding. It means exactly that if people don't bother to try to be informed voters, what the hell are we doing letting people register and vote the same day? I'll write again, what I and others have observed about this crap. The overwhelming number of people have at least two years, and up to four years to register to vote and get a voter ID. Yet every election the libs make the same argument. It's discriminatory to demand ID and minorities must be accommodated because they can't figure it out for themselves.

Yep. In the early days of our republic it was not uncommon for citizens to have to ride a day each way in order to reach their polling place to vote. I think they generally voted quite well.

The primary reason for letting the sisters and brothers register to vote the same day is we got to know if they is going to be in lockup or out on parole on vote day.
