I, for one, am very concerned about Yutes in Asia.
Grafeneck, Sonnenstein and the T4 program were condemned from the pulpits but these folks are happy reinstating them.
If I recall correctly, the rise of assisted suicide has caused death rates to skyrocket in these countries so much that, were the statistics compared to the US gun stats that count suicide as “gun violence”, we’d look safer by comparison.
“Now lets talk about euthanasia, also known as assisted suicide,....”
Euthanasia and “assisted suicide” are not synonymous, and we should always be careful to use the terms precisely — otherwise, the death cultists will succeed in further obfuscating the issues.
There are three types of euthanasia:
1. Voluntary — the patient is competent and asks for it. This is the only type of euthanasia that’s AKA “assisted suicide”.
2. Involuntary — the patient is competent, but is not consulted before the act. We usually call this “murder” now.
3. Non-voluntary — the patient is not competent enough to make the request.
The article mentions the prevalence of non-voluntary euthanasia in Holland: “Ninety-seven people, however, were helped to die by their doctors because they had dementia.”
Of course, even “voluntary” euthanasia is often non-voluntary. Just as someone can be talked down from suicide, many can be talked into suicide. When health-care budgets need balancing; expect a spike in cases of non-voluntary and involuntary euthanasia.
So now the hero death “doctors” are going to rule over life doctor, courtesy of sick trial lawyers since there is no liability when killing someone.
