Duncan's family is suing anything that moves. They began by using the race card---even though it cost taxpayers $500,00 to treat the now-dead Duncan, the fam thinks he was shorted treatment.

I would think the only illegal immigrant who would have standing would be his son, not the alleged brand new nephews and nieces lining up with extended hands. But, how can any damages be given? It isn’t like he was the breadwinner of his newfound family.
