But Hobby Lobby does advertise that they sell picture frames. If Hobby Lobby declined to sell the frames to homosexuals or African-Americans or Muslims, even if it was because of “deeply held religious views,” it would most likely face (and lose) a discrimination suit. Again, just a non-lawyer’s opinion.

That’s a lovely little strawman you have there. There is a big difference between selling a picture frame and engaging in a homosexual rite.
