I think these data are germane.
So why am I doing this? I intend to continue until the Obama-Holder demagogues; the race-grievance industry cadre and extortionists; the MSM employees; the aging 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus radical, psycho spoiled brats and their ideological litter stop their bullshit that every black American is a potential victim of white crime and talk honestly -- and address these federal government figures.
Speaking of federal government and honesty I'll answer another question.. WoC why all these old statistics? Post something from today.
Well I do when I can find them -- and they still have race-related crime data. I have posted what I can find including the FBI homicide data showing interracial homicides.
I've given up trying to find more like that.. after decades of annual survey data showing interracial victim-offender data the Department of Justice's National Crime Victimization Survey quit publishing the NCVS Table 42 data -- a little too honest about race relations for the Obama-Holder demagogues. I guess.
Uniform Crime Reporting Program Federal Bureau of Investigation November 2003
A race-specific arrest rate refers to the number of arrests per 100,000 inhabitants belonging to a defined race.
The statisticians have updated the race-specific data used in this publication, and therefore, figures may differ slightly from the national averages published in earlier editions of Crime in the United States . The rates represent that portion of the population covered by all agencies that contributed race data for the given offenses. The UCR Program requires that reporting agencies supply the age of arrestees; however, the Program stipulates that the submission of race data is voluntary. Therefore, the population coverage for race statistics is lower than that for age statistics.

For the life of me I cannot figure out those numbers.
How can a “total” ever be less than any of the constituents? Why can I not add white and “all other” together and get total?
Likewise in the rest of that paper. Males always have a bigger number than the “total”.
What am I missing? And no, I did not dive in to read any explanations....
